"Small rooms. Not renovated or as clean as I would have expected the Holiday Inn to be. The valet parking was not a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, limited options. Pool was very cloudy but the hot tub was ok. Limited nearby restaurants or places to visit. Ice machines were broken in multiple floors. Went to 3 different floors to find one. Overall 2/5 starts."

"If you need a place close to an event or family in Crown Heights, it’s convenient. However, booked an executive suite and the only difference to that and a smaller room was the size. Shower head worked but the wand did not. Had to ask for towels. Had to ask for pillows that didn’t smell, walls and lamps were in need of repair, and tv channels were limited- no local channels no ability to stream. Lobby was not inviting.
