"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Bali, Ginger, suites and Villa. The staff was extremely accommodating and very pleasant. Breakfast was included and there were a number of excellent choices. Even though it’s a bit off the beaten track, it’s actually an amazing location if you want a quiet, relaxing spot. It is in close proximity to restaurants, cafés, and bars, as well as the beach. We loved our stay. "

"We have stayed at this hotel every visit to Bali, i dont think we would every change. Might not be the most luxurious, but its the people (Staff) who make it such a wonderful place to stay, from arrival right to departure. They are always smiling and keen to make sure your stay is uppermost. May it be from a cup of coffee etc. The Manager himself is also eager to make sure your stay is everything it could be,this reflects through his staff saying he is a great boss to work for and it truly shows on the smiles on their faces. "Convenient location, easy access to shops, restaurants, spa, and Seminyak village. Cleanliness is not ok. All pillow cores had lots of black spots (moulds). The walls also had moulds . My kids suffered itchy skin after sleeping on the bed. "
