"The room was cleaned and new bathroom towels and washcloths were replaced daily. The staff was friendly and parking was in a parking garage and the metro was right next to the hotel. I did not have a kitchen"

"I stayed there for a week. Location, Location, Location..... easily within walking distance of most attractions. They are in the process of updating, which is needed. However, it is well maintained. I was aggravated with staff. I had a pizza delivered. Due to needing a key card for elevator use the staff did not allow delivery to my room. That's understandable. But they failed to bring it to me or contact me that it was there. I had to walk down and it was just laying on the counter for anyone....

"We loved our room, the views were great, and we also loved the location. Our biggest downside was the elevators- one of them was broken the entire stay and there was no sign of anyone attempting to repair it and the waits to get up to our room on the 13th floor were long. We also bought the stay with the included breakfast which wasn't what we were expecting. There is complimentary coffee but it is on the second floor and not in the lobby which was strange. "Love this hotel . Our first room had a AC problem they bought someone promptly , they weren’t able to fix it but they gave an another room right away , no issues at all. The staff is so friendly and helpful . Valet was fast and kind . The location was great around a lot of stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again !"
