"Lobby area is clean and neat.. basic.
Room lacks basic soap, shower gel, the iron!!
I booked twice this month because of my son’s graduation. First time was OK.
Second time is now!! Manager is horrible, knows nothing about hospitality and hotels!!
I believe her name is Victoria, asked her if I can check out an hour late, she said it’s always a No.
I came to the room and no iron, no shampoos or any piece of soap, dirty towels in the kitchen,
I called, she told me there’s no room service...

"The room itself was relatively clean however, the stairs and the hallway had clearly not been vacuumed in several weeks. There were bags of trash piled up around garbage cans by the door when I got there. I presumed the cleanup crew was in progress of cleaning up rooms or something, however, there was even more bags on top of those in the morning. "The price is higher than other hotels in the area and you have to pay for parking and breakfast.
Breakfast was good even though there was a cost. Fitness room served it's purpose.
The pool was not maintained a lot of things floating and it was empty so definitely would have benefited from a cleaning. The sauna door was ajar so the light didn't say on and the settings should be adjusted. Women's Locker room was clean."

"The 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen was spacious and well appointed with everything you might need for an extended visit to the area. Comfy bed, Great shower and very, very nice breakfast with lots of choices! Lovely outdoor sitting area and pool, as well. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family, but preferring to have our own space. Plus, it’s convenient to all the major highways."
