"Seems like this hotel's room heater isn't working. Seoul is very cold winter time & no heater, so room is freezing cold"

"Un muy buen desayuno con opciones orientales y occidentales. El lugar muy céntrico."

"The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room, but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. But the positive point...

"部屋は決して広くなかったが、清潔で快適だった。朝食も美味しかった。テーブルはあったがベッドの隣にパソコン1台置くスペースぐらいの小さなものであり、床に座って使わないといけない。"

"It says Inn but actually, it’s a youth hostel .the room that we were staying -sink was leaking and there was not proper door between the bathroom and the bedroom. The only upside is it was right on the heart of night market and convenient to take the bus to the airport. Breakfast was literally bread and ham .. Overall staffs were very friendly, but if you are looking for the amenities and comfort like the proper hotel, this is not the place. This is a youth hostel."

"Good hotel! Clean, good maintenance. Just sit aside Itaewon subway station, convenient transportion. The complaint is about the night life in this area. Young guys get togethe, dancing, singing, drinking, smoking all night long on the weekend. Very annoying!"

"スタッフの対応がすばらしい。 次回もぜひ利用したいです。"

"The breakfast was unique it was typical for Asian patrons although they had enough choices for us and we did enjoy some of the Asian dishes. The location was good for late arrivals for dinner as there were several good restaurants nearby which we enjoyed and should have stuck to as we had difficulty finding a place off the area. The staff was pleasant and our room was ready soon after we arrived from our cruise."

"清潔で、機能性がある間取りで、とても心地よく滞在できました。 欲を言うなら、携帯充電にUSB口があるとありがたいです。"

"空港前でターミナルも前に見えているので非常に安心"

"Such a great hotel for long stay! Front desk staff were lovely and helpful! Housekeeping was amazing and made sure that my room was clean and was restocked with amenities. Hotel itself is surrounded by many tasty food spots and many metro/bus stations! When I come back to Seoul, I’ll make sure to stay in the same hotel for long stay!"
