"The young lady working the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, when I checked into my room, there was a few items left behind by the housekeeping staff. I know they recently went under a rebrand from Saunder so the marketing is a little bit confusing. I only stayed for one night so I did not utilize any amenities. It is essentially located and easy to walk to different music venues like Ford Field and Saint Andrews Hall."

"We did not eat at the restaurant in the morning. I went down our first morning in the hotel (Saturday, 5/2) and just wanted to get two (2) cups of coffee to take up to the room.
There was only one server in the restaurant, and she was helping people at tables in a far section of the restaurant where she couldn't see me at the counter. "We asked for rooms that would accommodate 5 people. We got 2 rooms with each having 1 full sized bed.
We asked for a cot - "we don't have those"
We asked for extra blankets - "there aren't any"
We asked for extra pillows - "there aren't any"
I unpacked my bag and slept on a pile of clothes on the floor with my wife and 8 year old in the bed in my room. My two adult sisters shared a full sized bed.
These rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. Room 511 smelled like an ashtray.

"Bad room conditions. Bathroom you needed to run the water for a good 5 to 10 minutes for it to get hot. Dirty stain in shower tub. Slow drain in bathroom sink. Stains in carpet. Ripped furniture. "

"I paid $15 for breakfast for 2 days. But to find out at the front desk it was $5 a day for breakfast. Then when I woke up it seemed like everyone and anyone was just eating breakfast for free. There was no band or ticket or any way to truly confirm that someone had paid for breakfast. And if there is a way they weren't double checking or ensuring. They ran out of food very fast. There was more people eating than the food that was provided."
