"Always an excellent nights sleep for a young family. It’s clean, well maintained (including air con), has welcoming helpful staff (all areas), ample parking, local shops & such quiet sound proofed rooms (even with the 1980s rave the floor below). My child slept & wasn’t woken up by daylight, noise, the stifling heat or worries about cleanliness. Plus they could have a bath. Win."

"Nice modern, quirky hotel in great location for City Centre, Hoe and Barbican. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar area, that is also for check-in, has some really good seating areas for work or chilling. Room was great - very clean, comfy bed and good shower. On-site parking was easy, although it is £10 a day. It was a perfect stay for our needs."

"What can I say obviously the rooms was not cleaned properly even though when we questioned about the cleaning they said it had been cleaned,, the bed was full of hair thats correct hair ,, we got moved to another room and similar but not as much its could ha e possibly een pet hair as this is a pet friendly hotel just put is off it all together so I recommend anyone in future thoroughly check the bed,, terrible design shower room water goes literally everywhere soaking whole room as the shower...

"Very poor 'welcome' from the receptionist. She seemed miserable and dis-interested. She also could not find our pre-booked details initially and then when she did, tried to charge us an additional £75 even though we had paid in full. On the plus side, the room was very good. Very clean, comfortable bed and a good shower. Only two teabags on the tray, which was either an oversight or just a bit mean."

"we booked this hotel last minute so we had chosen this for location and amenities. we arrived after 9pm and i was left waiting at check in for a little while however thw gentleman that checked us in was friendly. We could have done with an intro on the hotel, the amenities and even car parking. the car park right next to the hotel is mainly disabled but we weren't told this and we parked and paid and then realized after as the signage was small. The rooms had no air con but we were given a fan...
