"Clean comfortable room. Great breakfast. But very unpleasant front desk staff. Overall good stay"

"This hotel is absolutely nothing like the pictures you see- it is more like a motel, the rooms open directly to the outside world, very misleading- it is not very close to downtown Broadway as it states, it is more music row. I was extremely surprised and disappointed upon checking in , please do your research before you book. You can hear the footsteps, music and talking of all the rooms around and above you, I would never book here again."

"Staff went out of their way to accommodate me."

"Breakfast was decent. They had an indoor pool and only 3/4 of a mile from the Broadway strip."

"This is a great place to stay in Nashville. It's location is terrific with tons of great eating places within walking distance. It's the real deal. The only negative I can see is not the hotel's fault. It's the parking fee that is charged by a company that will get to you for $46.20 per night with taxes and "fees.""

"Staff were great and room was very nice. It was a slight inconvenience to have to go to another floor to get ice, and having to pay $10 to park was an unpleasant surprise."

"Another excellent stay! Great location, extremely clean, and excellent staff."

"We have stayed at this location many times. The shuttle to the airport is quick and the drivers are so helpful. The restaurant is convenient for a quick dinner."
