"Our stay was fabulous! The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the resort. The onsite bar/restaurant (Don's Beachcomber) offered a delicious array of foods and drinks! We highly recommend the Volcano Tube! Be sure to visit the lagoon, too!"

"The unit and the property was large and spacious. It was easy to walk to all of the amenities. Security was friendly and available. We loved the hours of the pool and the proximity to restaurants and grocery as well as other attractions in town. We took advantage of the Pickleball court, and the pool and the playground. There was nice landscaping and overall very clean with attention to detail. I especially love how staff didn’t bother us, but was always available for our every concern question...

"I liked the quiet hours, numerous pools for guests, pickle ball/tennis, and it was close to manta ray snorkeling."

"This place is amazing!! Everyone was so nice and the view was amazing! We stayed in room 715. 2 bedroom and 2 bath, A/C, and washer and dryer in the condo. We walked to town, but we also had a car to drive around. If you or a family member has food allergies, this is a great place to stay with a full kitchen. The grocery store is only 10 minutes away. "

"Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the day’s adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit. "

"Amazing location with the best hosts, Heidi and Dan! We had a great end to our time on the island with an easy hop down to the airport. Delicious breakfast, terrific property, good vibes, and a really cool view. Thanks for sharing and keeping true bed and breakfast alive!!"

"Beautiful and peaceful stay! The house was clean, well-equipped, and had stunning mountain and shoreline views. Breakfast was delicious every day, and the host was very friendly. Just a heads-up — finding the road to the hotel took a bit of time, but everything else was perfect!"

"This place is for the adventurer at heart. If you can’t handle cabin like conditions…interfacing with the wild & the noise displayed by the night critters & beautiful birds singing their hearts away early morning, this is not for you! We even had a gecko that would pop in to have breakfast with us…he loved jelly! The host & staff are very friendly & put out an organic spread for breakfast to start your day. It’s pretty remote out there, but there is an amazing place called the coffee shack a few...

"A perfect start to our Hawaii trip! After a long day of travel from the mainland, we arrived at Kona Palace and were warmly greeted by Rebecca. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. After a good night's sleep, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast served on the lanai with amazingly beautiful views.
