"Das Servicepersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Reinigen der Zimmer lief aus meiner Sicht nicht sehr koordiniert ab. Zeitweise war es nach Stunden noch immer nicht hergerichtet. Wenn man aber die Rezeption informiert hat, dass das Zimmer frei zum Reinigen ist, erfolgte diese auch relativ kurzfristig.
Leider war sowohl die Wasser- als auch die Stromversorgung nach starkem Regen nicht immer vollständig gegeben. Das scheint aber ein allgemeines infrastrukturelles Problem zu...

"The resort and rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful. The private beach added to the relaxing experience, making it a great place to unwind away from the crowd.
However, the resort is around 30 minutes away from the main pier and market area, and each round trip can cost approximately 1800 THB. Also, since water taxis are generally unavailable after sunset, you’ll need to return to the resort before 6 PM.

"Pire hôtel jamais fais pourtant j’ai l’habitude des hôtels.. punaise de lit problème avec la Clim avec l’électricité et avec l’eau. Le personnel qui prend de haut, honnêtement fuyez cette établissement. Beau cadre mais un cadre qui ne vaut pas le service inclus même si on me paye je ne reviendrai jamais dans cette établissement.
