I loved the breakfast that was included and the free shuttle. :) they respond super quickly over WhatsApp to anything you need. You will love your stay here."

"Great little hotel and very friendly staff. Good a/c, good location with a 15min walk to beach.Some of the older pool towels were stained but clean. Bathroom towels clean but very grey in colour. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing, expecting a buffet. Was a choice of 10 meals, but if you chose 1 meal plus extra toast, one of those meals were extra and only ornace juice was included. All in all a great venue and would stay there again."

"This property was really good and safe staff were very nice and also good area to go walking around the village to see how the people really are…. The only thing was the bed was uncomfortable but other than that it was great."

"We stayed for just under a week. The area is convenient and we were able to walk all around Ubud including the monkey forest. We enjoyed both pools. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great! The staff were helpful, we booked a few tours through them seamlessly. The only downside is you can start to see the wear and tear, just don't look to close in the bathroom/shower corners and you'll be happy. "

"This hotel was great I can see why it’s highly rated. I do feel like it is a bit highly priced in comparison to some of the other resorts we stayed in that were equal or better overall and a bit cheaper. We really did enjoy our stay here the staff and service were all great. "

"Located in the rice field, and accessible to other places. You could rent a bike directly from the hotel. With friendly staff and breakfast are provided. Pretty decent stay! "

"Loved the pool and the view,the food was alright. The place looks a bit sad especially the bathroom,towels didn’t look good and we had no hot water. I wouldn’t return here. Not worth the money. We didn’t get to sleep much as we could hear music and prayers at 4 am, it was very loud."

"Lovely gardens, choice of three great pools. Very attentive staff when dealing with them super friendly and kind. Great breakfast with fantastic choice. Really nice and mellow, great place to relax. Definitely would come back. Please update razors supplied as they really are dreadful or dont bother. Luckily brought my own but tried them and truely the worst ive ever come across unless you like shaving with a blunt razor. Larger Tea/Coffee cups would be a good idea. Nitpicking. Otherwise cant...

"We had a really lovely time at this hotel. Although the hotel is possibly a 2 -3 star the customer service is 5star! We had such a wonderful time and the gardens and pool areas are kept immaculate! I had a very good massage and would recommend. I would definitely stay here again. "
