"The purpose of my stay was for my kids to swim, upon arrival we were told the pool was closed. Also there was a bunch of soccer players and their families (all kids) they ran through the halls knocking on peoples doors and running away for hours. Their parents nor the hotel staff did anything. I had a horrible experience. "

parking is safe but our room was not ready for our 4pm and we were not informed about this until we arrived to the hotel. We had to wait for 2 hours in the reception that was rather full. "

"I booked a suite with 2 king size beds, the room I got was a suite with 2 full beds. There was mold in the corner ceiling. The boxsprings were stained.. We slept on top of the covers. The bathtub/shower was dirty. The hotel hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was okay."
