"The hotel was really cute. The location was awesome right next to everything especially the arch. One of the elevators was broken it was basically impossible to move up and down the facility. We had to take the stairs multiple times and we were on the 9th floor so it became a workout. It would have been no big deal but traveling with 2 kids it became a hard task.
