"The check in clerk was rude and short with us at checkin.
Also, the over all appearance of the hotel was tired and worn. I have stayed at a lot of Hyat Place hotels for years as a commercial pilot for a major airline. They have always been wonderful and one of my absolute favorites until this stay, the reason we chose this property.
I for sure would not book this hotel again."

"Overall stay was very good and affordable; however, at the time of checking in an initial refundable charge of $100 is also applied for incidentals. ( Get it back upon checking out). The room size was spacious for three people. It came with a standard size kitchen, bathroom, and two queen beds, two televisions and plenty storage spaces. Basic Breakfast is included with stay. Location is close to Walmart approx 1-2 blocks away and approx 3 miles to UNM."

La limpieza terrible
La puerta del baño tenía un rechinido y no cerraba, me cobraron 2 días por adelantado y al llegar otros 100 dlls y que " regresarían " ( éso dijeron) y solo recibí 73 dlls 😡 de vuelta
Son unos ladrones
No entiendo como Expedia está asociada con semejante y Nefasto Hotel y para colmo en los desayunos siempre faltaba algo
Jamás volveré a rentar en Best Wester ni con Expedia
Horrible experiencia 😡

"I remember it as a premiere Hilton Hotel when I was a child in the 70s. It was a fun step back in time for me and now as a Crowne Plaza it’s still very well maintained."

"Great location! The staff was super nice. My two complaints is that the rooms have a musty smell to them. & I think they are understaffed in the restaurant. We waited awhile to get sat, and to get our order taken we ended up just leaving and eating somewhere else. The staff is great! And the location of the hotel was great! And the price was great for the location!"
