We arrived near midnight and had to call twice to get the airport shuttle to pick us after being told it would be there in 15 minutes, ended up waiting about 45 minutes which was not great as we were getting quite tired. When we got to the hotel front desk staff were very apologetic and provided breakfast for us the next day which was not included. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, cereals yogurt, eggs etc."

I was assured that this was not a problem, shared their name, shared my name, and room number, My guest, when arrived, was told that the hotel had no record of the conversation, and was unable to help.
