"I booked this hotel spontaneously and i was satisfied. I travel frequently and i don't complain much. However, my advice is for the receptionist and housekeeping. I checked in and it went very smoothly. She did not ask for id. I gave my name and was checked in. My advice is to be more careful. Anyone can look trustworthy and be the wrong person that booked.
