"2nd stay still happy, Its a practical hotel, good location and close to the MTR. Overall the rooms are small and the showers probably need some upgrade as the showerheads and water pressure during this stay, didnt have the this problem last stay. This was a one night stay, but had a bigger room with no issue in my previous trip. I would stay in this hotel again for sure, for the cost and location. "

General Best Western are about three to three and half stars in the U.S. But this Best Western is more like a Four to four and half star hotel and the price was exceedingly well price and best value for your money. I will stay here again next time I’m in Hong Kong!"

"Friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Cleaning lady staff on level 29 is professionally good in providing services too. The only drawback is the inconsiderate guest(s) ignored the no smoking rules in the hotel premises. I wish IBIS would take stronger action to deal with this issue."

"Check-in was slow. Tomy the reception has no smile at all during our check-in. All staffs in the restaurant (besides the owner himself and toby) has no smile and sense of courtesy..including the manager..stephanie. Other than that, room is spacious, beautiful view, very clean and very new room (as we stay in Dec 2018)"
