From airport pick up and bali tours by Mr. Nyoman to welcoming reception and daily service provided by Sri, Ngyrah,Siwi, Ruspita and the team, our 6 day stay here was just perfect. "Very nice! I would stay here again if/when I return to Ubud. Location is gorgeous and not too close to downtown, so it's relaxing and quiet. It's easy to get a cheap Grab bike or car to go anywhere. There are at least 3 pools and they're beautiful; I swam in them multiple times and it was so nice and refreshing (: The staff is so, so, so amazing, kind, and helpful! They were really accommodating. I got really sick (not from the hotel, just some super bad flu I picked up along my solo travels)...
