"The rooms are clean and the mattress is comfortable. Great price. Close to different food options. It’s an older building so the exterior aesthetics aren’t the best but that’s to be expected.
Pet friendly. I had my two dogs with me as we came to town last minute for a family emergency. Booking was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot does fill up quickly at night so be aware of that. Weather was oddly chilly but the pool wasn’t prepped for spring/summer yet."

"I've stayed in several hotels around Wake Forest University while visiting my child who attends WFU and this was my first at the Best Western. The Best Western is by far the best value. It's clean, customer service was pleasant and they have a nice free breakfast. This is right across from the Marriott which is about 40% more expensive - I noticed no difference in quality (both are quality options).
This is my new hotel while visiting WFU."

"It has taken years for the remodel and we continued to stay during the 4 years of construction. Along the way, the rooms were always decent and clean and the hotel felt safe. CONSTRUCTION is DONE! The place looks great and the rooms are really nice."

"Room was terrible. There was someone else garbage inside unlearned and someone else used towels thrown around. Me and my husband were very disturbed. Definitely disappointed in this. Food was very bad also. "

"Decent stay. But the hotel felt dirty and not well maintained. Breakfast was blah. I had to beg for room to be serviced. Stated 4 nights serviced once. The ice machine area on the 3rd floor was dirty. The pool was nice. The only microwave was old and dirty."
