"This is a great hotel, always clean and friendly. Easy parking and easy bus to the centre of Utrecht. Only strange thing is that the handsoap in the bathrooms smells of mint&parsley and the shampoo smells of sage. Probably best to bring your own; I smell like a herb garden this AM. "

"It was easy to find this hotel from Centraal Station, less than 5 minutes walk. I found the staff friendly and welcoming with check in smooth and efficient. I stayed in the Candy Room which was small but comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. If you don't like stairs don't choose this room as there is a fairly steep flight of stairs up to it. The advantage being there is only one room at the top so it is very quiet and has it's own en suite. Breakfast was buffet style and the usual...

"Want to acknowledge COLIN the night clerk. He was just getting off his shift when we were trying to find our way to the train station. He walked with us to show us the way and tried to help us solve a credit card issue we had when we tried to buy tickets. Very nice man and very helpful."

"Lovely suite. Staff were helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags while we explored the area. Our bags were in our room when we arrived."
