Ants crawling across the walls, and the room was not even close to the cleanliness in the pictures. The front desk staff offered to give me another room, but if this place thought the first room was sufficient to offer to a paying guest, then I wasn’t interested in seeing the next option. "Not very clean at all, no soap to wash our hands. The shower head was in need of a good clean, full of limescale. Towels were ripped and need replacing. The man who checked us in was lovely and there is lots around. The photos make it look a lot nicer than it actually is."
