"Tengo años yendo a este hotel, por su lugar estratégico, para mí, pero mientras suben el precio, baja la calidad. Tengo fotos y videos que lo confirman. Primer día, me quité los tenis y me puse descalza y los pies en unos minutos estaban súper sucios en la habitación. La ducha la reporté y nunca la arreglaron. No tenía presión. La máquina de hielo del primer piso fuera de servicio por días, las flores en el lobby todas marchitas y podridas. El desayuno hasta las 9:30 ni un minuto más… siempre...
