"A very well maintained hotel at a very reasonable price. Excellent location conveniently located for any purpose in Clayton or adjacent University City. Many quality restaurants within short walking distance. The hotel includes a really good full breakfast. Ramp parking is attached. Two big thumbs up."

"Property security is good and the food across all the restaurants was decent. If you go, the 99 Hops House has great deals on drinks.
Our stay across three rooms was mediocre at best. The beds were just okay. In one room, the bathroom wasn't clean and literally had Zyn pouches stuck to the shower ceiling.
Service was entirely dependent on the day. Day one was great, but the next two days we had a very unhelpful woman at the front desk who made it a hassle just to fix our deactivated room...

"We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, and it seems to have gone downhill a bit since then. The room was clean but not well maintained with certain items that should really have been replaced like the desk chair. Also one of the two elevators was out. The check in was a bit of a mess with the front desk not assisting people in the order that they had come to the desk (even though there were only three of us). It was also impossible to reach the hotel with a question before my stay. No...

"Overall the staff was great. We did ask some staff we saw for towels since the pool area had none. The EVS asked a staff member we could not see who mumbled something we could not hear, she replied to them “she’s standing right there” to which I heard from unseen person a very loud annoyed sigh. That was the only rude person. The ladies at the counter were great as well as the man who maintained the breakfast."
