"We stayed there for two nights. Most of our problems were due to the neighbors being loud at night. There was also one individual that was outside near our door (I’m guessing a neighbor?) that stared at us every time. He left us feeling uncomfortable but nothing besides that. We had no problems with the hotel room. Clean and neat. The staff at the desk as we left was not very nice but oh well, maybe he was just having a bad day. An overall okay place to stay for a budget."

"The room was awful. It wreaked of cat pee and the linens were filthy. The AC unit had BLOOD on the side of it. It was tolerable at best only because we already had everything brought up with a cart and unloaded in the room. Will definitely make a different choice in our stay on future visits to Chattanooga."

"This property has potential to be the 4-to-4.5 star location that it was meant to be at some point, but do not stay here until the construction of the new Courtyard which is directly in its front door is completed. The parking lot is a disaster with nowhere near enough legal and safe spots currently available for a night where the hotel is even remotely full. If you arrive after dark, you will be forced to double park, park illegally, or parallel park dangerously near the active construction...

"It had a little more noise from the room above but got quiet prior to 10pm. I couldn’t get the tv remote to work. Outside of that the room itself was really clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and I would definitely stay here again"
