"When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. "Expedia booking showed free breakfast and reception desk agreed. However, I was later told I had to pay for breakfasts. I was given mouldy towels and linen. When housekeeping changed them, reception told me I had to pay for cleaning of mouldy towels and linen."
