"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are like prison cells. My room had urine on the floor, dirty towels and an unmade bed. There is not even a chair in the room, no services provided, one roll of toiletpaper for four days, the only vending machine that worked when I arrived was a condom vending machine - no water available, no food. "While the room was pretty small, the common areas more than made up for the right space. Having cold and hot water as well as sparkling water on tap was a big bonus. Coffee maker was excellent and the shared microwave was good. We spend more time out of the room than inside and it was just right."

"Staff were helpful and seemed pleasant, although didn't really need to ask them for much. The room itself was lovely and decent sized, beautiful balcony and an amazing view of Canary Wharf one side and London the other. The bathroom wasn't dirty but definitely looked worn and needed a revamp.
