However, there is one staff at the desk who is bald and dark skinned man, who has impolite tone when talking to me. I feel like he’s not a good fit in information desk."

The hair dryer was broken after using only for one min but the staff at the reception found us a new one. The overall price and the room is good and affordable in Syndney CBD. It is better to have a microwave oven in the room or at the reception."
