"Check in was easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included so we ate offsite. Had to request additional supplies for coffee our second morning and clean towels. Great location. Lots of excellent restaurants and shopping."

"We stayed there for 6 nights. 2 major problems. 1) House keeping system was poor. At checkin, Front said the room will receive a full house keeping every 3-4th nights but they didn’t come, when we complained, the house keeping head said only when guest requests. We told her we did ask, she said “I don’t know what happened because I was off yesterday”, 2) At the checkout, front could not understand the invoice/receipt and explain unclear charged for the restaurant. Staff in general greeted us...

"We were told upon check in on Wednesday evening that there would be no hot water Thursday morning from 3am-8am. By 9am Thursday morning there still was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told that it would be “a couple of hours” until there was hot water. We had a World Cup match to get to so cold showers it was. On Friday morning there was again no hot water. Upon check out I was told by Lorraine that that was unexpected and she would refund one of my rooms for both nights. ...

"The Alexander Inn was great! The staff's customer service was helpful and very nice! The wine/snack at evening and breakfast was excellent and service was very nice! We really liked the Alexander Inn and hope to be back again. Thank you!!"

"so I stayed there before it seemed like my room was a little random. The mirror was really scratched up. My fridge was kind of ran down. It looks like it needs some upgrading is usually I love the aloft, but maybe I got a bad this time."

"Rooms were clean staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit small and hallways seem a bit dim, no parking except for paid. A fire alarm went off with no communication and no clear direction from the staff which was terrible especially late at night. Key card scanner to the room fell off, but thankfully that did not affect the entering or exiting of the room. Location was excellent."
