"This is a no frills Japanese Hotel. The room is small by western standards, but it was clean and comfortable the bathroom is a “Unit Bath” It contains everything you need but it won’t be what you expect. If you are “Plus Sized” in anyway: Height or Weight, you might not love it. Me at a little over 5’10”, 204lbs find it snug but workable. The Tub is actually designed for soaking. Anyhow, for the price, It was very nice."

"The hotel was old but people were so nice and safe even very close to station and many shopping stores, restaurants. The are main hotel building and hotel annex building. Two buildings are connected."

"My room was clean. The staff was courteous. The buffet breakfast catered to many tastes. My only disappointment was with the Wi-Fi. I could connect, at first, then 10 minutes later was unable. The front staff provided a 1 page help sheet, but it was written in Japanese. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable."

"The room was great! The location of the hotel was attached to the train station. The area around the hotel was surrounded by shops and restaurants. There was a covered bridge which allowed you access to cross over the visit street. There was also an elevator which made the property handicap accessible. There were so many food options available the hotel also provides you with a meal with a choice of three restaurants. My family members each chose a different restaurant for breakfast. The hotel was so clean and the room was fantastic! The room was laid out in such a way to make it feel very spacious. I felt very safe using the grab bar in the shower and bathtub. The staff was very nice and helpful. My child had indicated that the hotel room was very nice and was very sad that we were only staying there for one night. Overall, I loved my stay at this hotel. The location, the staff, the amenities, the room – everything was impeccable. We definitely would’ve arranged to stay longer if we had known the hotel was such a great deal!"

"Check-in and communication were good. Easy to reach someone. The listing was not as pictured though, it was my first time looking into an apartment/hotel. And I knew with the price of the place that it might be smaller. But the photos pictured and the actual place are so off. It was just me, I had a large luggage and my two small bags with me. There is literally no space for anything and the lighting in the room is almost non-existent. "
