"We liked the place. Lots of things to see and take pics of. Price was good for San Francisco. We thought we would pay more but glad they are not greedy people. Very kind and funny staff. Breakfast selection was good. The only thing i would have like to have was scrambled eggs not just hard boiled eggs but all in all loved the whole experience and would go back again. "

"The pictures of the rooms are deceiving regarding cleanliness. The carpets were stained. There were burn holes (from cigarettes) on the blankets. The furniture was very dated. The refrigerator was not working and was leaking water. There was a toilet plunger just sitting outside by the second floor stairwell. The free parking was a nice perk, but the spots are limited. Definitely not enough spaces for everyone staying at the Inn. "

"The general areas were not clean, the other travellers left the kitchen and washrooms dirty and male hair in the bathroom drain. The water pressure is not ideal if you’re looking to get a nice shower. There is an odour in the hallways. The redeeming quality is the bed that was cozy. "

"Great decor, close to the concert venue our son was going to. Parking was a bit difficult so we had to circle around a few times until the front desk guy came out and explained it was confusing. We appreciated him taking time off to explain how to find public parking since their parking lot was full. "

"My second time staying at Castle inn, about 3 years apart. I noticed some new updates in the rooms, it was nice. The gentleman who checked me in was the same as 3 years ago, very friendly. Parking is easy, room is large and clean. I will stay again."

"This property was lovely and comfortable and very central. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Rishi on the front desk who went out of her way to help us sort out an issue with our flight check in which was a huge help. We felt very secure and comfortable and would very much recommend this hotel."
