"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"Although the hotel is “in” the airport, if you arrive at Terminal B (which most United passengers do) it’s a real hassle to get to the hotel. You have to take a shuttle or two. There were long delays which we would have found completely unacceptable had we been under time pressure. Luckily we were not. Add 30 minutes to an hour to anything they estimate for shuttle service to/from the hotel!"

"Quiet, clean, great location. The staff was wonderful & welcoming. Across from a delicious Irish bar & a convenience store. Dunkin doughnuts was a short walk. Extremely close & easy walk to MTA from airport, skip the Uber!
