"We were VERY disappointed that the restaurant/room service was not available for 2 hours after check-in. We had traveled for much of the day to get to that hotel, and we were hungry when we arrived. While the bar opened at 4:00, no meals were available (either in the restaurant/bar or via room service) until 5:00. "We as there for the USW conference. Our room was wonderful and the bathroom was great. So many windows and so much light. The IT guys for our conference were to notch. Fixed any issues we had right away. I do wish we had trash cans in the rooms and outside of the rooms for the conference. I could only find one in the bathroom.
