"Great location on Soi 11, close to Nana BTS skytrain, huge lobby & carpark area, good variety at the buffet breakfast, medium sized rooms in the Square Wing. It's quite old & worn but still in decent & clean condition. I'd stay here again."

"The hotel is very clean and the rooms are newly renovated. Hotel breakfast was very good, and the tuktuk service was amazing since the walk to the main road is quite long (and a little bit sketchy). The staff at this hotel had such great customer service, from housekeeping all the way to front desk. There was one time the fire alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night, but the staff were quick to act and it never sounded again. All in all, I would totally stay here again!"

"2度目の利用です。早朝のチェックインで荷物の預かりもお願いでき、部屋も清潔で良かったです。星四つなのは、ドアと廊下の段差がどうしても気になって、都度気をつけなくてはならない負担があり一つ減らした4にしました。 また、コインランドリーですが、2台は少ないです。洗濯機と乾燥機が別々なのは珍しく、前の利用が終了する少し前に来てないとありつけないのは旅行中疲労困憊な中辛かったです。 あと、エレベーターとフロアの間にセキュリティのドアがありますが、ほぼ開けっぱなしで、セキュリティの意味がないのではと思いました。"
