"The front desk staff was courteous and very helpful throughout my stay. Housekeeping was also great, they were quick to bring extra towels and water whenever I asked. The restaurant staff provided fast, friendly service as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

"Meh. This property needs some love. Worn carpets, front door on the fritz, leaky ceiling in the breakfast area, broken Nespresso machine, ice maker not working. The buffet was pretty sad - lukewarm coffee, waffles that were barely edible, and just generally not worth the price. I’ve stayed at the other AC Mariott in Somerville and it was MUCH better. Likely won’t book again. On the upside, it’s located next to a lovely walking path. "

"Really nice hotel. There is construction going on right outside of the hotel but doesn’t interfere with your stay. The room was very clean and nice. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was amazing and the staff was so kind. I would stay there again for sure!"

"I’ve now stayed at Le Méridien Cambridge more than once, and it never disappoints. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. the same warm and welcoming woman at the reception desk greeted me again this year, and she continues to go above and beyond in every interaction. That kind of consistency and genuine care for guests is rare and really makes a difference.
