"This has become my go-to hotel of late for NYC trips. Not because it's anything fancy, but the location right next to Penn Station, Amtrak, LIRR, and the A/C/E, 1/2/3, B/D/F/M, and 7 trains is so convenient. Many pilots & flight attendants whose regular route takes them to NY stay here for this reason. The staff, and particularly the housekeeping staff, is super-friendly. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
