"The hotel is somewhat dated. And, the elevator situation makes it messy. Small elevators and extremely slow.
The rooms are well appointed.
We had breakfast in the main restaurant, extremely poor service--slowslow slow"

"The Arlo Hotel is beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds, great shower, amenities. We had a city view room which was very cool. It is a great, safe location- walkable to many sights, tours, restaurants and bars. They have a parking garage right across the street which is convenient and very reasonable.
The rooftop bar/pool area is amazing! Great drinks/ food lighter fare. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious! Restaurant was closed for dinner service because of renovations during our stay,...

"The stay was great. I would recommend it for anyone to stay. The breakfast was good and people was very friendly. Very safe place to stay. The room were comfy but didn't like we had ask for a refrigerator it took forever to cool and had to go down stairs to use the microwave to heat food. The bathroom were quite small. The staff was professional at all times."
