"One of the great features of this hotel is that higher level rooms on the North side have lovely views of Telegraph Hill, North Beach and the Bay. One negative is that they are optimized for business travelers. For example, there is no bell hop service - if you arrive with heavy bags you have to wheel them up a winding ramp exposed to the rain from where your vehicle arrives to the front desk by yourself. Also, there is a charge for WiFi service unless you belong to the Hilton Honors program....

"Very nice rooms, staff and location. The rooftop bar and grill is worth a look. The bartender were friendly and the drinks were tasty. It’s an additional $90 for overnight valet parking, but it’s San Francisco. If you’re in town for a Giants game, the walk to the park is an easy one."
