"This is a converted church which means the rooms are not standardized and your experience might depend on which room you are assigned. The hotel has good beds and linens, but small rooms ( or some are at least) a very poor, loud, AC system, poor cleaning, very poor sound proofing of rooms. "The unit was fully furnished with everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and there was a washer and dryer for our laundry. The onsite amenities (pools and hot tubs) were great and well maintained. The security of the area was also great using wristbands to ensure only residents were allowed in the amenity areas. "The balcony was my favorite part! Gulf view and directly over the pool. The balcony had a liu ge chair and a full table with 6 chairs. So you can absolutely have dinner with your family on the balcony. Two pools outside and and a large indoor pool with a hot tub. The condo was big enough for our large family. "

"I did not get the room that i paid for or that was advertised. My bed was as hard as a brick and my TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. The outside area and pool area was very nice, and the property overall was clean and looked very nice, and had a lot of amenities, and it is in a nice location. Other than the bed and tv, out stay was very pleasant. We would stay again as long as we get a better room."

"The Palacio Condominiums were dreamy and perfect! The balcony was my favorite place to sit and have coffee every morning. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and pans we needed.
