"Unfortunately, our "Anniversary Get-A-Way" did not go as planned! The hotel/casino runs on a "skeleton crew" in all aspects of the hotel/casino during the week. Only on Thursday-Sunday do they have more staff, gaming, etc. The Spa has never re-opened since after COVID (a dealer stated that they will never open back up) So much for a romantic "couples massage." Only 2 restaurants and 1 cafe were open while we were there. The other restaurants are open only later in the week/weekend, forcing...

"Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 check in time. Had to wait until after 5:00 to check in.
Housekeeping was not the greatest: glasses not replaced for 2 days, coffee & sugar, cream, etc., not replaced, etc., They didn’t answer the phone when I called down to ask for clean glasses & coffee cups. Other than that it was a wonderful property and would stay again. Can’t beat the location! "

"We got the junior suite which we very enjoyed. Room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff Denise was very nice and professional. Strong enough Wifi and great organization on Easter Day with egg hunting events for kids. We didn’t participate but we enjoyed the view and liveliness of it. One down side, we requested amenities but didn’t receive service after a long wait. I had to ask the housekeeping team in the morning for things I asked for the night before."

"The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly we were able to check in early which was an added bonus after traveling for 5 hours. We would definitely stay there again the amenities ie pool were amazing and very clean and an abundance of clean fresh towels. "
