"The Grafton Arms met all expectations. Super friendly staff and modern comfortable rooms (excellent AC!). Great location with access to multiple tube stops and plenty of great dining options nearby. The pub below closes at 10-11, so late night noise is no problem. There is no lift, so the stairs could be challenging for some if you are staying on the 4th or 5th floor. "

"I can't say enough about the staff at the Charlotte Street Hotel. They were friendly and attentive. They managed to check me in early after my transatlantic flight. They also stayed on top of getting my prescription glasses back from the driver from the airport before my stay ended. The interior design of the hotel was charming and unforgettable."

Lots of spaces, 3 bathrooms. It was the perfect set up for a family or friends staying in the city. We found it a fantastic location for places to eat and Oxford Circus station is a very close walk. We were delighted with our stay. The heated bathroom floor was a major plus. "

"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."
