"No black out curtain the sun directly bright coming in the room when we still want to sleep at 7am The ice maker on 6th floor both broken Shuttle bus not works at 6.30-7.30 The air conditioning keep repeating turn off by itself once we all in deep sleep and make up wakeup 3-4x times sweating and feel super hot so we dont get our 7-8hours straight sleep comfortly I even got running nose and sore throat bcoz of this AC which keep us feel cold and hot all night long and waking up every 1-1.5...

"Friendly staff. Clean, fridge in room. Drinking water dispenser on each floor. Breakfast included which had so many options. Was busy but staff kept on top of everything. Great location, between Chinatown and Clark quay MRTs. Also walkable to city centre. "

"Area strategis, dekat banget dengan Outram Park MRT Station; dan dengan jalan kaki juga bisa ke daerah Chinatown. Menurut saya, hanya kamar mandi yang agak sempit saja. Keseluruhan oke banget, terutama staf sangat ramah & membantu."

"We love this hotel have stayed here three times. It’s minutes away from great restaurants and shopping. The beautiful island for a hike is 5 minutes away. Two issues. We had trouble making the shower work right. Second is not enough shuttle times. When we heard we had to wait an hour before the next shuttle, we took a taxi. "
