"Our room was very humid to the point where my comforter was damp to the touch. The shower did not drain well and if you took a shower for longer than 5 min the bathroom flooded. Overall not impressed with our room. However the rooftop, bar, restaurant, lobby, sitting areas were all great!"

"Perfect location. Times Square right around the corner (half a block), Rockefeller Center within walking distance, Junior's diner and bakery across the street, along with the Broadway theaters. Taxis are constantly lined up so it's a breeze grabbing one to take you anywhere you need to go and the Hop On Hop Off bus also picks up 5 minutes away at M&M World in Times Square. Service was amazing and hotel was clean."

"Very clean & odorless bedroom. I stayed in room#1130 one night. Since I liked the stay, I came back to stay again (Room#1137, I think). The first room, I had to manually turn the AC on. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
