"I recently stayed at the Lotte Hotel New York for a girls trip, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. This hotel came highly recommended by a family member who frequently stays at both the Seattle and New York locations, so we went in with pretty high expectations. Right from the start, there were issues with the room. The shower wasn’t properly draining, which made it inconvenient to use, and to make matters worse, the shower head was malfunctioning and spraying water...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"I was pleased with price, location, and cleanliness. Ice is still nice to have available. The clocks in my room were set to the wrong time and could not be corrected. I adjusted. My room was small, but quiet and clean. Some wear on the wallpaper and water stains on the ceiling. Older decor. But, again, clean and functional. I will probably book there again. GREAT LOCATION if you are a lover of the performing arts!"

"Overall this is a nice & convenient boutique hotel in Manhattan. "Great location. Hotel had very cool vibes, lots of great spots to take photos. Room was perfect for us, really nice layout and had nice upgrades that made it feel more luxurious. At night we went to the rooftop and grabbed a table for a few drinks. They also offer free workout classes in the morning and offered water pitchers that could be refilled. Overall great amenities and would absolutely stay here again."
