"Overpriced and outdated. Not a 4-star experience anymore.
This hotel might have earned 4 stars at some point, but those days are long gone. For the steep price they charge, the overall experience was a major letdown.
To start, the front desk host was incredibly sullen and gloomy. At these rates, a welcoming and friendly attitude should be the bare minimum. Adding to the frustration, absolutely nothing is included. You are hit with expensive daily fees for both breakfast and parking. Just the...

"Upon arrival 30 min early, our room was not ready, which I understand. Neither the bar nor the restaurant was open; they referred us to the coffee shop, which was closing. They did hold our bags; the woman was very nice. Upon our return, the desk attendant was rude, barely spoke to us, and was not helpful at all. The bellman was not helpful at all. We dined in the restaurant one evening; service was fine, the food was ok, and neither was anything to rave about. The staff is very limited and...

"Breakfast is fantastic. Great location to use train. Not crazy about $70 fee. We did not need bikes or Peloton. Room was fantastic, but bathroom small. However, water pressure was awesome, and the bathroom off of the dressing room perfect. No bathroom fan, but dressing room space helped. Loved it."

"We got an early check in for our clean comfortable room. Our only issue was at night - even with the fan on high - the room got stuffy. The breakfast was great - lots of variety and fresh. We loved the location, only a few blocks from the mall and a bit longer to the wharf."

"I was very disappointed with this property and would not stay again. There was a high pitch tone in the room at night and in the morning. There was a 30. daily fee added to the $300+ a night charge but could be used in restaurant so I went there for breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and the food quite bad. Service the same. ugh
Penty of other places to choose from."
