"Excellent location. Close to city, Tigers ground and theatre. Professional welcome on reception. The room was comfortable and spacious. Heating instructions were useful. Bathroom was very spacious with lovely shower and toiletries. Bar area was welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with extra cooked options. All staff were friendly. A great rugby stay at a value for money rate. We will definitely return next season. "

I have been staying here each time I come to Leicester and I have also been recommending my friends therefore you have good business on recommendation. However when I called up to request some coffee and some of your lovely cookies I was told by an older gentleman to come down and get it as he cannot leave the reception. "We were given a splendid room with lots of space and a large bed. The evening meal was standard cafeteria style but fair value for the money. By appearing later than most of the guests for breakfast meant that the food had been around for some time. Overall a pleasant short stay. (we did stay again on our return journey and were given a very much inferior room with some issues - lamps not working - so although the prices are very reasonable the room standards are different. The views from the room was not great, one overlooked the car park, the other faced another building. However was quiet at night time. Although the hotel has a car park there are only actually 10 places, and there is a cost. We had to use the NCP carpark next door which added £30 to our weekend stay. But was nice...

"Plus points were a large clean room, a few minutes walk to the airport, and the restaurant was a nice environment with very good food (much better than the last airport hotel we stayed in). We heard a lot of noise from the corridor during the night, so not as soundproofed from that side as it could have been. Reception staff sent us on a very long way round to our room, yet there was a much quicker way. We’d stay here again if flying from East Midlands. "
