"Eclectic and beautiful!"

"The check-in process was unbelievably long and complicated for no reason. Extra payment at check-in for additional fees which we weren’t told about. The room service was very poor. They add a gratuity to the bill and expect more gratuity when they’re at the door. The food was very mediocre. All in a all, a complete disappointment and a very underwhelming experience"

"The staff was helpful and kind. We arrive late and had to leave next morning. The staff kindly waive the resort fee since we don't have time to enjoy any facility. Nice job!"

"Incredible stay! Will absolutely stay again. Clean, great amenities, perfect location."

"The staff was lovely and accommodating"

"The facility was beautiful and in a great location for our conference. The only concern I have is that the check on staff do not have the familiarity of the surrounding restaurants. When I inquired about a steakhouse close to the facility they didn’t have any ideas and didn’t have a map of the downtown."

"Very clean every day. My room was by the pool and the music wasn't too loud."

"Beautiful hotel outside of busy Phoenix! Must stay. Love the beautiful rooftop and the pool. Staff were extremely sweet!"

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. General manager and assistant were eager to step in and help their staff which was amazing."

"Good location, staff, and amenities"
