"The decor is quite dated, they could do with a fresh carpet at the very least. It also wasn’t the most comfortable bed. The room had toiletries and AC. The staff were really nice, just not sure it was worth the price I paid but maybe that is just London prices. The breakfast was good and it was a nice location. "

"Very close to Heathrow airport and the runways. We weren’t able to hear the planes from our room which was looking in the option direction to the runway. Very friendly check in staff. We used the public bus which we caught from Terminal 3 bus station which was easy to find from the tube station. On leaving we caught the public bus again from outside the hotel back to terminal there at the airport. £1.75 each way per person. "

"I booked this room for my daughter's first visit to London, and it was the perfect safe spot for her to arrive to after a long overnight flight. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. She was easily able to find her way there from Heathrow, and then could walk right out of the hotel and into one of the nicest areas in London. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!"

"Hotel and staff are great, and it’s convenient to at least 3 tube stops. Not much of a view, depending on the room. Some of the surrounding restaurants/retail are closed on weekends. "

"Smallest room I’ve stayed in so far although I was offered the option of upsizing for a charge. Toilet seat moved each time it was used and crack noticeable in the sink. Linen was very good and clean. "
