"The property has went downhill since my last visit. My room did not get cleaned once during my 10 day stay. Unfortunately communication barriers caused no clean towels and room not being cleaned. My daughter was eating PB toast and staff blew dirt all over her and food. They did it once to me while laying out. They didn’t clean up after crumbs so ants all over. "Wear socks. Our feet turned black from lack of mopping. Our AC kept leaking so we called the first day and they said they sent someone to fix it. It leaked worse and we had a mountain of towels on the ground so my 4 children would slip and fall."
