"Totally not worth the overpriced rates. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extra fee, the spa has an extra fee. The amenities and entertainment is overcrowded since it’s open to the public so everything is crowded, expensive and not accommodating. The staff is very cold and business oriented almost feels that they are doing you a favor by staying there. I left my room before 7am and got a bill a few days later for $450 of late check out!! "They have automated a lot so there is very little staff interaction. We were not told how to obtain or offered our welcome drink. The bathroom amenities are not what I would expect for a $500/night hotel. The glasses in the cabinets were understocked and I could not turn the A/C below 70. Won’t be back. "
