"Do not book a room in this hotel! They will double book your room and send you to another hotel 30 min away. The room was paid for and when my mother arrived to try and rest before an international flight the next morning, she was notified that her room was unavailable and that she would be sent to another hotel. She waited 2 hours and had to pay for the transport arranged by the hotel. Unacceptable treatment of guests, was our experience. Never booking here again."

"I arrived at the hotel with a booking for a de luxe room. The room (319) was very small and dark a filthy outlook, bins and bird droppings and high buildings on all sides with the air conditioning units outside my window and the noise of a tv (presumably from next door).
I immediately went to the reception desk and asked if my room was really a de luxe room. One of the receptionist asked if I was a solo occupant. I replied I was, which was probably why I had been given this awful room. After...

"The hotel is nice with a great location. However, black mold was all over the bathroom ceiling. I informed the front desk. When it was time to leave, we kindly asked if we could use a luggage cart to bring our luggage down. The front desk told us we were not allowed to personally use the carts and they would send someone up with it.
