"Harborside Boutique Inn was a no-frills stay for us. Small room, relatively clean but the very small loveseat/couch appeared dirty or worn, so it just held our luggage. Bathroom was clean, shower had plenty of hot water. Our room (209) was very quiet and the a/c was adequate. Beds was firm but not uncomfortable. Pillows were comfy. We spent most of our time exploring, so it was well-located for walking to The T, trolley tours, Quincy Market and the Harbor."

"Great hotel. Perfect location by the airport. My bedroom had a beautiful view of the Boston skyline and was very big. Bed super comfortable. 24/7 shuttle is a great amenity. Drivers were super helpful and nice. Only negative is customer service (or lack of) from some employees at the reception and dining place. Seemed like I was bothering them when I was asking a question. One waitress at the dining place was very rude! All in all I really enjoyed my stay there and will be back if I happen to...

"Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff."

"The Fairmont Gold level is the best I’ve ever experienced. From the way on line booking to the upgrade section, it was seamless. At check in, Kevin, got my room ready even though I was 6 hours early. Later that day, Kadija was accommodating to my request without any hesitation."
